A boa eating and elephant

What stuns me most about time isn’t time itself, but its implications.
It stuns me how its constantly ever-changing nature is reflected on our world, our background and, particularly, on us.
Time impregnates us with its inconstancy… and it’s like Heraclitus of Ephesus* was here all over again.

I try not to let time and change scare me. I try to make the most of both of them, soaking my feet in that cold, yet refreshing, river.
I just hope that as time goes by, this…

…remains being a boa eating an elephant, and never turns into a hat. Hoping that there will never be a time in which I need this…

…as an explanation**.

I just hope that as time goes by, the (corporate) future doesn’t take away what’s left of the reminiscent child, of the innate innocence and imagination, of the love for the unexplained…
